Fate

I'm a firm believer in fate. Things that are meant to happen, will happen and human control is just an illusion. And if we stand at the end of the road, we actually see a chain of events in our life which make sense to us when we look at it from and outsider's point of view, but while we're in the chain we have no idea of what might happen next. Our future is based on our present actions. Its all dependent.
No matter how many lessons we learn from our mistakes in our life we cannot stop another person to commit the same mistake from our advices. I guess we all have to go through some things in life which we are supposed to learn from and there is very little that the knowledge passed on about it can do for others unless they go through the same situation and try to learn from it as well. Man is just so dumb. (by man i mean 'mankind' and not just 'men')
Surah al 'Asr
1. By (the Token of) Time (through the ages),
2. Verily Man is in loss,
3. Except such as have Faith, and do righteous deeds, and (join together) in the mutual teaching of Truth, and of Patience and Constancy
